Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of sales experience and 5+ years of leading and motivating management teams
  • Track record of strong quota attainment and experience leading sales organizations
  • Ability to design and execute business plans and determine growth strategies
  • Deep knowledge of customer acquisition, retention, and expansion
  • Prior experience with SaaS models and HR Tech is preferred
