- Hire, develop, and retain an exceptional sales leadership group
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of sales experience and 5+ years of leading and motivating management teams
- Track record of strong quota attainment and experience leading sales organizations
- Ability to design and execute business plans and determine growth strategies
- Deep knowledge of customer acquisition, retention, and expansion
- Prior experience with SaaS models and HR Tech is preferred
