Job Summary

Driving significant new ARR growth, the full-time VP Sales, Americas will lead a high-performing sales team, define regional growth strategies, and strengthen strategic relationships across the Americas in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build, inspire, and develop a motivated sales team accountable for achieving revenue targets
  • Execute strategic go-to-market planning and optimize regional sales performance across various market segments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer value and drive predictable growth
Required qualifications
  • Proven sales leadership experience within a high-growth B2B SaaS company
  • Strong track record of scaling regional sales organizations and exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience leading geographically distributed teams across North America and/or Latin America
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales and strategic go-to-market execution
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex deals and engaging with executive stakeholders
