Job Summary

Sales VP, Americas is a full-time, salaried position responsible for transforming a single-product sales approach into a multi-product sales strategy while leveraging AI to enhance sales velocity and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transition the sales team to a multi-product suite, managing diverse pricing and value propositions
  • Establish a high-growth outbound sales strategy to reduce customer acquisition costs
  • Lead cross-functional teams to accelerate sales cycles and optimize activation rates
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or Fintech
  • Experience scaling businesses at the $300M - $500M+ ARR stage
  • Proven track record in managing short sales cycles while moving up-market
  • Expertise in leading technical sales involving compliance and complex pricing
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and Gong
