Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP of Sales, Enterprise- South East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operational and strategic efforts to grow the business across the >15,000 employer base within the territory
- Increase customer base, loyalty, revenue per customer, and top-line financial growth
- Build strong relationships with executive decision-makers and generate new business through networking and marketing efforts
Qualifications:
- 5-8+ years of experience in direct and indirect sales within the healthcare and benefits industry
- Bachelor's Degree at a minimum
- Experience in the healthcare, payer, provider, and employer benefits ecosystem
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to self-start and motivate others
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a willingness to do what it takes to achieve goals
