Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Systems Analyst to support and optimize their Go-to-Market tech stack across Sales and Customer Success teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize GTM tools including Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong
• Drive tooling and process improvement projects from scoping to rollout
• Document business needs, system configurations, and process changes

Required Qualifications

• 2-4+ years in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Systems
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and other GTM tools
• Familiarity with project tracking and automation tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Jira)
• Salesforce Admin Certification
• Experience in project or product management
