Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator - Service Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of Salesforce Service Cloud objects and customer portal
- Support and maintain Service Cloud features such as case assignments, routing rules, and workflows
- Translate Customer Service business requirements into technical specifications
Required Qualifications
- Certified in Salesforce.com Administration or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience administering Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of customer service and support best practices
- Experience working in Agile development environments
