Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator - Service Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of Salesforce Service Cloud objects and customer portal
• Support and maintain Service Cloud features such as case assignments, routing rules, and workflows
• Translate Customer Service business requirements into technical specifications

Required Qualifications

• Certified in Salesforce.com Administration or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience administering Salesforce
• Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent experience
• Basic knowledge of customer service and support best practices
• Experience working in Agile development environments
