Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to manage and maintain their Salesforce instance and provide support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the Salesforce application and related third-party business applications for internal users
  • Develop, test, and deploy customizations and new Salesforce functionality based on business needs
  • Provide front-line support regarding all aspects of Salesforce and ensure data integrity
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and third-party integrations
  • Administrator-level knowledge of roles, permissions, custom objects, workflows, reports, and dashboards
  • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including Flow and dashboards
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related field of study preferred
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
