Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Membership Administrator to manage and optimize their Salesforce platform in support of membership operations and accounts receivable processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and security
  • Oversee invoicing and accounts receivable, coordinating with accounts payable teams and third-party payment portals
  • Provide technical support to end-users and implement solutions to improve efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a membership-based or service-driven organization
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required; additional certifications are a plus
  • Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, including Reports & Dashboards and process automation
  • Familiarity with data migration tools and third-party integrations
