Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator II to manage its Salesforce environment and support revenue teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a system administrator for the Salesforce environment
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve issues via help desk tickets
  • Manage user accounts and perform routine system maintenance tasks
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Admin (ADM201) certified
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce user management and basic configuration
  • Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce data tools and reporting features
