Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator - Latin America Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and triage GTM requests, prioritizing and implementing Salesforce updates and tool enhancements
• Design, build, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions focusing on automation and process optimization
• Maintain and enhance integrations with connected GTM tools and ensure platform health through data governance and system maintenance

Required Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Administrator with 2+ years of hands-on experience in a SaaS, Fintech, or RevOps environment
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools, automation (Flows), and Lightning UI
• Experience managing Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud environments
• Familiarity with GTM tech stacks and third-party integrations
• Organized and proactive, comfortable managing multiple tickets and projects simultaneously
