Key Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to define and implement Salesforce solutions
Troubleshoot system issues and assist with change control and integrations
Manage user access, security, and contribute to Salesforce platform strategy and optimization

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience administering Salesforce
Salesforce Administrator certification
Experience with Sales & Service Cloud and Omni-Channel
Experience with Visualforce and Lightning Web Components
College degree or equivalent hands-on experience
