Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to manage its revenue organization platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce and Gong, including backend configuration and optimization
• Build and maintain dashboards for unified reporting and forecasting
• Lead user training sessions and develop technical documentation for revenue processes

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Salesforce Administration experience with a focus on Flows and complex architecture
• Certification (ADM-201) in Salesforce is required
• Proven experience configuring Gong for multi-departmental use
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis and modeling
• Strong understanding of the SaaS customer journey and revenue lifecycle
