Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator and Release Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce user and license administration, including access governance and compliance
• Oversee Salesforce release management and platform health, ensuring stable and secure operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support integrations and enhancements of Salesforce and related tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7-8 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with release management experience
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce release management tools like Copado
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator are preferred
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities
