Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Business Analyst to resolve break/fix issues and user support needs
• Lead the design, build, and optimization of Salesforce Flows while ensuring best practices
• Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, and reporting, and support Revenue Cloud configurations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience in a Production environment
• Salesforce Platform Administrator Certification
• Expert-level Salesforce Flow experience, including complex multi-object flows
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and security model
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
