Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator who excels at problem-solving and delivering a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers seeking assistance with Salesforce and manage support tickets
  • Assist with Salesforce configurations, conduct system health checks, and contribute to ongoing improvements
  • Develop and maintain support documentation and conduct training sessions for customer onboarding
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Admin or Consultant in a SaaS or technology-driven company
  • Proven customer-facing experience within a SaaS or technology organization
  • Hands-on experience configuring and managing Salesforce processes and workflows
  • Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Information Technology preferred
  • Knowledge of coding or programming is a plus
