Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to support and optimize their Salesforce and ServiceMax environments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage user onboarding and offboarding, ensuring appropriate access and system security
Gather and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and troubleshoot issues
Support and configure the ServiceMax Go mobile application and develop custom reports and dashboards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a multi-cloud environment
Experience supporting ServiceMax strongly preferred
Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud, or ServiceMax certifications preferred
Familiarity with data migration, system integrations, and release management tools
