Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Application Developer - CRM Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CRM, Zendesk, and integrated sales and support tools
• Lead the technical design and deployment of medium to large-scale features, ensuring high-quality solutions
• Mentor junior application developers and provide second-level support while maintaining technical documentation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce/CRM administration experience
• 3+ years of experience with customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk)
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification preferred
• Experience with sales engagement tools and marketing platforms
• Proven track record of independently completing medium-scope projects
