Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Commercial Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and ownership of the Salesforce CRM, including enhancements and usability improvements
• Develop enablement strategies and streamline workflows to align with go-to-market priorities
• Provide training and support for Salesforce, driving user adoption and process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business or related field preferred
• 15+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or commercial technology roles
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience; SFDC administrator background preferred
• Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional certifications preferred
• Experience owning CRM platforms in life sciences or adjacent industries preferred
