Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst/Consultant Middle (Weka CPQ).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce users, troubleshooting issues and resolving system errors
• Manage and prioritize support tickets, monitor system performance, and perform user management tasks
• Collaborate with teams to resolve complex technical issues and document solutions for recurring problems

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and administration tools
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required
• Sales Cloud/CPQ certifications are strongly preferred
• English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level or higher
