Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator who will manage the Salesforce application and improve sales engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer the Salesforce application and act as the primary business liaison for identifying and documenting business requirements
  • Provide Tier 1 and 2 support for Salesforce applications, including user setup, managing fields and layouts, and troubleshooting
  • Ensure data accuracy and streamline sales processes in collaboration with business partners
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Prior experience in defining and documenting business requirements
  • Experience with content management and sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to build internal relationships with producers and sales leaders
