Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Business Applications Administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the Lead-to-Opportunity process, ensuring system scalability and user experience
• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce Developers and Business Systems Analysts, overseeing resource allocation and performance management
• Oversee Salesforce technical delivery, including design, configuration, and data integrity within the L2O domain

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in GTM systems focusing on the Lead-to-Opportunity lifecycle
• 3+ years of experience in managing and mentoring technical teams in an agile environment
• Advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud; familiarity with Enterprise Territory Management is a plus
• Proficiency with tools such as LeanData, Marketo, ZoomInfo, and analytics platforms like Snowflake and Tableau
• Strong understanding of lead routing logic and territory modeling
