Salesforce Administrator

Job Summary

Salesforce Administrator, a full-time remote position responsible for supporting Salesforce implementations for the Department of Veterans Affairs by modernizing enterprise systems and enhancing service delivery through collaboration in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Flows, approval processes, and security models
• Develop advanced reports and dashboards for business insights
• Lead user acceptance testing and collaborate with stakeholders on platform capabilities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Knowledge of workflow automation and data management
• Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies
• Understanding of AI-driven capabilities within Salesforce
• Experience in user acceptance testing and change management
