Salesforce Administrator

Job Summary

Assisting in the design and implementation of customer-focused programming solutions, the contract Salesforce Administrator will work remotely for a duration of 6+ months, focusing on gathering business requirements, coding, testing, and maintaining Salesforce applications.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing customer business requirements and preparing program specifications
• Support the coding, testing, and implementation of software enhancements and maintenance of existing applications
• Collaborate with senior team members to gain knowledge and provide troubleshooting support for product and functionality issues

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
• 2-4 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience in supporting marketing campaigns and CRM operations
• Understanding of CRM data structures and campaign workflows
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
