Job Summary

Managing Salesforce CRM data integrity, the full-time Salesforce Administrator will ensure accurate data maintenance, oversee integrations with various platforms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, all in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Salesforce CRM for accurate and consistent data
• Manage data health across Salesforce and integrated platforms, addressing challenges from historical mergers
• Implement data quality controls and partner with teams to support specific workflows

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Strong knowledge of data management and integration processes
• Experience with CRM data quality controls and validation rules
• Familiarity with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Zymewire, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Ability to document system processes and best practices effectively
