Job Summary
As the primary owner of the Salesforce environment, the full-time remote Salesforce Administrator will manage user support, maintain data integrity, and build reports and dashboards to support various teams across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including user management and workflow automation
- Serve as the main contact for Salesforce user support, triaging and resolving requests efficiently
- Build and refine reports and dashboards for forecasting and performance tracking
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
- Experience managing a ticket queue and resolving platform issues
- Proven ability to create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
