Salesforce Administrator

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time remote Salesforce Administrator will design and code functional programs and applications while ensuring alignment between Sales and Marketing to optimize the sales process and improve customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure consistent alignment of Sales and Marketing to optimize the sales process, focusing on qualified lead management
• Provide accurate reporting on key performance indicators and actionable steps for enhancing customer experience
• Assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and related systems, managing multiple requests and deadlines effectively

Required qualifications:

• Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification required
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification required
• Proven ability to design and implement new flows and automations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
