Job Summary
To support a growing insurance practice, the full-time Salesforce Administrator will build, maintain, and enhance the internal CRM system, ensuring data integrity and providing user support in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform Salesforce organization maintenance, including managing flows, permissions, and user roles
- Build and deliver custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for users
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline preferred, or significant practical experience with an Associate's Degree or H.S. Diploma/GED
- Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in systems administration
- Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and database management best practices
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning and a commitment to ongoing learning in Salesforce products
