Job Summary

As a key member of Fetch's Strategy & Operations team, the full-time Senior Manager, Sales Tools and Systems will manage the strategy, governance, and delivery of Salesforce and the sales technology ecosystem, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while driving operational efficiency in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the Sales Systems roadmap and prioritize initiatives that drive business outcomes in collaboration with various stakeholders
  • Lead requirements gathering and solution planning efforts, translating business objectives into actionable implementation roadmaps
  • Manage cross-functional Salesforce initiatives from discovery through implementation, ensuring successful project delivery and stakeholder communication
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration, Business Analysis, or related CRM leadership roles
  • Proven experience managing technical teams and leading cross-functional programs from requirements gathering through implementation
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, automation, and data architecture
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Administrator certification preferred
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
