Salesforce Administrator

Job Summary

Owning the Supply GTM stack, the remote Lead GTM Systems Administrator will manage user setup, data integrity, and system health while designing scalable processes and leading tool evaluations in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the call recording, sequencing, and data enrichment platforms, ensuring smooth user setup and troubleshooting
• Design and implement solutions using declarative tools, writing code only when necessary, and maintaining data integrity across systems
• Define admin standards and mentor junior admins while leading multi-stakeholder initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce administration, preferably in sales, business development, or RevOps
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required; Platform App Builder and/or Platform Developer I are strongly preferred
• Expertise in declarative tools such as Flow, validation rules, and data model design
• Proficiency in writing lightweight Apex and building Lightning Web Components
• Experience with integration and data sync between Salesforce and connected tools through an iPaaS layer
