Job Summary

Joining a dynamic Revenue Operations team, the full-time Senior GTM Analyst will administer Salesforce, collaborate with GTM Engineering, and ensure technical soundness of implementations while maintaining a healthy org for over 250 users, with a focus on leveraging AI tools for efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own Salesforce configuration and build across Sales, Service, and related clouds, ensuring scalability and health of the org
• Manage project intake and delivery from scoping through production launch, focusing on technical design and reliability
• Partner with RevOps analysts to implement solutions, lead discussions, and maintain thorough documentation of processes

Required qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator
• 3+ years of experience configuring Salesforce with demonstrated proficiency in various components
• Experience with RevOps tech stack, including tools like Zendesk and BI/visualization software
• Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns and data flow across systems
• Basic scripting or SQL skills for analysis and investigation
