Job Summary
To support sales operations, the full-time remote Salesforce Administrator will manage user support and enablement, oversee system administration and configuration, and generate reports and dashboards to ensure data integrity and enhance functionality across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Provide CRM support to users, manage Help Desk tickets, and deliver training and materials
- Administer Salesforce user accounts and configure system enhancements for improved user experience
- Generate and maintain reports and dashboards, managing performance scorecards for Sales Associates
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED; Associate Degree preferred
- 2-4 years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience in a production environment
- Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred or equivalent experience
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of Power BI preferred
