Salesforce Administrator

Job Summary

To support a top client, the long-term contract Salesforce Administrator will work 100% remotely, managing and optimizing enterprise Salesforce environments while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain enterprise Salesforce environments, ensuring platform stability and user adoption
• Configure and enhance Salesforce using Flows, Lightning Experience, reports, and dashboards
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience supporting enterprise Salesforce environments
• Strong experience with Salesforce Flow, Lightning Experience, and declarative automation
• Experience supporting Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations
• Familiarity with REST API integrations and Agile development methodologies
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required or highly preferred
