Salesforce Administrator
Job Summary
To support and advance Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation, the full-time remote Salesforce Administrator will design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions while collaborating with a cross-functional CRM team and utilizing modern AI tools to enhance workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions, focusing on flow automation and core Sales Cloud objects
- Administer integrated sales and marketing applications to enhance sales forecasting and engagement
- Monitor system performance and data integrity, proactively identifying and resolving issues
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience administering Salesforce, including flows, validation rules, and data loads
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and capabilities
- Experience with AI productivity tools and a willingness to learn emerging Salesforce AI capabilities
- Proficiency in SQL/SOQL for data querying and troubleshooting
- Experience working within Agile development frameworks
