Job Summary
Supporting the sales team within the GP Consumer Products Group, the full-time Salesforce Administrator will manage Salesforce security and administration, configure custom objects and automation, and provide user support in a remote or hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide security and administration for Salesforce and other supporting applications
- Configure custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, and reports/dashboards
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and develop metrics to measure their effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in business or IT functions
- 2+ years as a Salesforce administrator with Sales Cloud on Lightning Experience
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Experience with Agile/sprint-based delivery and coordinating with onshore/offshore development resources
