Job Summary

Joining a dynamic organization in the technology and business solutions sector, the full-time temporary Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator will support Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing processes while working remotely and onsite in Ashtabula, OH.

Key responsibilities

• Create and support Salesforce processes for lead generation, opportunities, and case management
• Configure standard and custom objects, fields, and workflows to enhance productivity
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator or equivalent hands-on experience
• Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, flows, and data governance standards
• Ability to configure, test, document, and deploy Salesforce enhancements
• Experience in user support, troubleshooting, and requirement gathering
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant Salesforce administration experience
