Job Summary
Supporting Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing processes, the full-time temporary Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator will configure and maintain Salesforce systems while ensuring user security and providing actionable insights through reports and dashboards, with remote work options available.
Key responsibilities
- Create and support Salesforce processes, including lead generation and case management
- Configure standard and custom objects, validation rules, and Lightning components to enhance workflows
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports for data-driven decision-making
Required qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator or equivalent hands-on Salesforce administration experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, flows, and data governance standards
- Ability to configure, test, document, and deploy Salesforce enhancements
- Experience supporting users and troubleshooting Salesforce-related issues
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Salesforce administration
