Salesforce Administrator

Job Summary

Experienced Salesforce professionals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Salesforce Administrator, responsible for end-to-end configuration, integration, and data management within Salesforce while collaborating with go-to-market teams on AI strategy implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce configuration, flows, objects, and integrations, ensuring optimal system performance
• Collaborate with go-to-market teams to define and implement AI strategies
• Extract, validate, and interpret data to inform decision-making and system enhancements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business systems, sales/revenue operations, or GTM technology roles
• Proven admin-level experience with Salesforce, demonstrating a hands-on approach
• Familiarity with iPaaS platforms such as MuleSoft, Workato, or Boomi
• Strong understanding of the full go-to-market ecosystem, including marketing automation and customer support tools
• Experience working in environments with ambiguity and contributing to the development of new processes
