Salesforce Administrator

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Salesforce Administrator will manage the platform's declarative architecture, ensuring scalability, data integrity, and governance while collaborating with development teams and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable declarative solutions, including flows, security models, and reporting
• Enforce standards for automation design and configuration governance to ensure sustainable platform practices
• Monitor platform reliability and proactively address issues, translating business requirements into supportable designs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce administration best practices and declarative/security model design
• Experience supporting Salesforce integrations (custom and/or managed packages)
• Strong systems thinking and independent, self-directed execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and business audiences
