Job Summary
Detail-oriented and hands-on, the full-time Revenue Operations Systems Analyst will optimize, integrate, and administer Salesforce and other revenue systems, focusing on configuration, workflow automation, and reporting accuracy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce to meet evolving business needs
- Support integration workflows and maintain data architecture consistency across revenue systems
- Maintain dashboards and operational reports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Required qualifications
- 2-4+ years of Salesforce Administration or Revenue Operations experience
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
- Strong understanding of CRM data models, automation, and change management
- Hands-on experience building Salesforce Flows and automation
- Experience supporting multi-team revenue organizations preferred
