Salesforce Administrator
Job Summary
Owning the administration of the CPQ platform and integrations, the full-time remote Sr. GTM Systems Administrator will manage product catalog consistency, oversee data flows, and ensure system uptime to support the GTM operations across Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.
Key responsibilities
- Administer the Nue CPQ platform, including product catalog management and quote template design
- Reconcile product catalog consistency between CPQ and Salesforce, configuring pricing governance and approval workflows
- Manage data flows and integration health within the enrichment and engagement stack, ensuring data quality and proactive troubleshooting
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in B2B SaaS environments
- Active Salesforce Administrator certification at the time of hire
- Experience configuring a CPQ or quoting system, including pricing rules and approval workflows
- Fluency in declarative Salesforce tools such as Flow, validation rules, and reports/dashboards
- Ability to read REST API documentation and write SOQL queries
