Job Summary
To support client experience initiatives, the remote contract Salesforce Administrator will configure and maintain Salesforce applications, partner with teams to gather requirements, and manage security and data quality processes.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Salesforce applications, including workflows and automation
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and manage data quality
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance Salesforce processes and user experience
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience
- Experience working in Agile environments with Product Owners and development teams
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform configuration and automation tools
- Experience with reports, dashboards, and security models
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
