Salesforce Administrator Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting Go-To-Market operations, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Analyst will manage Salesforce administration, optimize forecasting and reporting processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and revenue growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes through analysis of pipeline health and revenue projections
• Administer and enhance Salesforce to meet evolving business requirements and maintain CRM governance standards
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and operational reporting using Salesforce, Power BI, and Tableau

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Salesforce Administration, or Business Analytics
• Advanced Salesforce administration experience, including workflow automation and reporting
• Strong SQL skills and experience with enterprise data warehouses and integrated business systems
