Salesforce Administrator Certification Required

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Salesforce Administrator to support the Salesforce platform's delivery, enhancement, and stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the configuration and enhancement of Sales and Service Cloud functionalities
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate proposed solutions
• Support user acceptance testing and manage production support for the Salesforce platform

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience in enterprise environments
• Deep understanding of Sales and Service Cloud capabilities
• Experience with project implementations and production support environments
• Understanding of integrations with upstream/downstream systems
• Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Admin and/or Sales or Service Cloud Consultant certification preferred
