Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator with Salesforce Administrator Certification Required, who will work full-time remotely to partner with business stakeholders, drive technology adoption, and manage Salesforce solutions to enhance process excellence in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-department stakeholders to drive adoption of Salesforce and manage project planning and execution
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while supporting end-user training and enablement
• Establish platform governance frameworks and manage Salesforce data integrity and user acceptance testing

Required qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator Certification Required; additional certifications preferred (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder)
• Proven experience in enterprise Salesforce administration, particularly with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Lightning
• Strong proficiency in designing Salesforce Flows and managing user roles, profiles, and data security
• Experience with data management tools like DemandTools and familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices
• Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein AI capabilities and interest in agentic AI features within Salesforce
