Job Summary
Responsible for the overall administration of the Salesforce instance, the full-time remote Salesforce Administrator will manage system configuration, user access, and ongoing maintenance while collaborating with various teams to enhance functionality and support enrollment technology initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Perform administrative functions including user management, permissions, and routine tasks within Salesforce
- Collaborate with Salesforce teams to define development requirements and support product development lifecycles
- Ensure accurate reporting and data integration efforts, assisting with audits and performance metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Project Management, Information Systems, or Business Administration
- Minimum of four years of experience with Salesforce.org or similar CRM software
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required; additional certifications are a plus
- Experience with Form Assembly and technical documentation
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
