Job Summary
Managing the day-to-day administration and optimization of the company's Salesforce environment, the full-time remote Salesforce Administrator will focus on Sales Cloud, support sales and marketing operations, and assist with data stewardship and system enhancements.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and support Salesforce configurations, including user setup, security, and related processes
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to enhance visibility and operational accountability
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration or a related systems role
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications preferred
- Experience supporting Sales Cloud; exposure to Service Cloud preferred
- Familiarity with adjacent go-to-market platforms such as HubSpot
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and structured change processes
