Salesforce Administrator Certified

Job Summary

Managing users and configuring Salesforce environments, the part-time Salesforce Administrator Certified will oversee user roles, build Flows, and create reports while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security within Salesforce
• Configure objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules
• Gather business requirements and troubleshoot user issues to ensure platform health

Required qualifications

• 2-4+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• Experience with Flow Builder and creating reports and dashboards
• Understanding of Salesforce security and sharing model
