Job Summary
Supporting the Veterans Crisis Line, the full-time Salesforce Administrator Certified will maintain and optimize Salesforce environments, manage user access, and ensure system stability in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Salesforce environments for the Customer Success Center and Veterans Crisis Line
- Process complex user access requests and manage profiles, roles, and permission sets
- Engage with Business Owners to clarify requirements and validate configurations for system changes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service capacity, preferably within a complex organization
- Salesforce Admin Certified
- Experience with regression testing and familiarity with Agile project management
- Ability to obtain public trust clearance
