Salesforce Administrator Certified Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical partner for the Go-to-Market strategy, ensuring Salesforce configurations are scalable and secure
• Own the technical lifecycle of Salesforce Revenue Cloud and CPQ, including complex Product/Pricing Rules and the Quote-to-Order process
• Lead the integration of Agentforce to automate business reasoning and enhance user productivity

Qualifications/Requirements

• 3-5+ years of Salesforce business process design and configuration experience in a B2B software environment
• Advanced technical competency in Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Salesforce CPQ management
• Strong competency with Salesforce Flow Builder; foundational understanding of Apex triggers required
• Mandatory Salesforce Administrator Certification
• 4-year college degree in Technical, Engineering, or Business disciplines preferred
