Salesforce Administrator/Developer

Job Summary

To support and enhance the Salesforce ecosystem, the remote contract Salesforce Administrator/Developer will manage day-to-day platform operations, provide user support, and implement scalable enhancements with a focus on Sales Cloud and future integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Salesforce operations, including user setup and ongoing end-user support
• Configure and customize Salesforce, supporting light development efforts and performing QA testing for new features
• Build and optimize reports, dashboards, and KPIs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive user adoption

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration
• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Development (Apex, Lightning, or similar)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, architecture, and security model
• Experience with custom configuration and multi-system integrations
• Experience working in an Agile environment
